Experience the splendor of South Fork Estates Antebellum Old South luxury during your stay in the regions most elegant  bed and breakfast.

Located in Morehead Kentucky, the $2.5 million estate is located on 20 acres, surrounded by picturesque countryside.  Consisting of over 8,000 square feet including an indoor pool facility, the estate was constructed in 1998 by the present owner and president, Steve Williams.

The interior and exterior elements are a culmination of meticulous research, design, and planning from a variety of lavish influences. The 19th century antique furnishings are an elegant attraction of the estate featuring the culture and décor of a by-gone era.

The Estate's decor is luxuriously designed in hardwood floors, Czechoslovakian marble tile, French sculptured wallpaper, crown dentil molding, and select antique furnishings.  All rooms feature hand crafted, Swedish Crystal Chandeliers, each different in design.  Breathtaking original woodwork and the exquisite and rare antique collection enhance the ambiance of the Estate.  Visit our Suites page to find out about each individual room and it's unique offerings.

The estate is a 20-acre landscape of a rare native prairie ecosystem (less than 1% of Kentucky contains this system) nestled within the confines of the Daniel Boone National Forest providing picturesque beauty and cleanliness unparalleled nationally.  This system provides refuge for animals such as bat, owl, hawk, woodpecker, red/gray fox, raccoon, opossum, coyote, beaver, weasel, deer, squirrel, rabbit, and black bear.  In addition, this region is inhabited by a total of 100 fish species, 50 species of mussels, and 250 species of migratory birds.
