Morehead Kentucky, the $2.5 million estate is located on 20
acres, surrounded by
picturesque countryside. Consisting of over 8,000 square
feet including an indoor pool facility, the estate was
constructed in 1998
by the present owner and president, Steve Williams.
The interior
and exterior elements are a culmination of meticulous research,
design, a nd planning from a variety of lavish influences. The
19th century antique furnishings are an elegant attraction of
the estate featuring the culture and décor of a by-gone era.
The
Estate's decor is luxuriously designed in hardwood floors,
Czechoslovakian marble tile, French sculptured wallpaper, crown
dentil molding, and select antique furnishings. All rooms
feature hand crafted, Swedish Crystal Chandeliers, each
different in design. Breathtaking original woodwork and
the exquisite and rare antique collection enhance the ambiance

The estate is a 20-acre landscape of a rare
native prairie ecosystem (less than 1% of Kentucky contains this
system) nestled within the confines of the Daniel Boone National
Forest providing picturesque beauty and cleanliness unparalleled
nationally. This system provides refuge for animals such
as bat, owl, hawk, woodpecker, red/gray fox, raccoon, opossum,
coyote, beaver, weasel, deer, squirrel, rabbit, and black bear.
In addition, this region is inhabited by a total of 100 fish
species, 50 species of mussels, and 250 species of migratory
birds.
